"Unity on a Mission had changed my view on the church. It sees people for who they are not as the world sees them. Unity teaches people to love as Jesus loves without condemnation. Also making disciples not Christian's! Unity has taught me more in a year than 37 years in church. I love you all!"

​Before I was Saved, I was a horrible person. I never had an issue with drugs, or addition. I was just a mean, horrible person. I woke up angry every day. Took my frustration out on everyone else. The day I got Saved, my whole life turned upside down. I went through a horrible breakup, ended up moving out my home that I had been in forever. It was rough for the first year after I got saved. But that was just the Lord taking everything out of my life that didn’t need to be there. I started to change, my life started to change. I started having care and compassion for other people. The Lord really changed me personally. And once I started becoming a better person and living my life for the Lord, everything else started falling into place. I got an amazing home, my boys are well taken care of, I have a brand new car. Everything a single mother would ever want. But the material things aren’t what is important to me. What’s important to me now is the feeling I get when I help someone. When I give someone something. The Joy I get out of giving is unexplainable and one of the best feelings in the world! The Lord has called me to be a giver, and I’ll do everything I can to give to others.

Twenty years ago Rock started praying for my dad. About ten years later, she met me. I was living the street life and just doing anything I wanted to. Sammy and Rock began praying for me. 

They really took the time to show me the love of Christ instead of just talking about it like most people do. They became the people I fellowshipped and did my daily life with. 

I overcame addiction and other strongholds in my life with the help of Unity on a Mission. I am a living testimony of the song lyric "started from the bottom now we're here." I have graduated Bible college and I've been on several mission trips .

My life changed dramatically since being part of Unity and submitting to the authority and leadership of God. 

"I have been attending Unity on a Mission since it first started as a small bible study in
the basement. At that time only a few people came every week. It has been a honor to
be a part of a group of people that love the Lord, as well as each other, and do their
best to do Gods work. It has been an amazing adventure watching the ministry grow
and evolve into what it has become today. Thanks be to God for allowing me be a part
of such a wonderful thing in the Lord."

Im clean 14 yrs and 7months. All glory to God. Things I've done in my past how I was would make your head spin. I've been beatened left for dead, broken back, bursted ear drums I still did dope and started dealing it to survive and feel numb. The lord delivered me from that. I choose bad guy after another. Isn't that always the story. I was clean from meth but i was still in addiction with thinking I dont deserve anyone that treats me good. My son in prison for 20yrs my life was broken. Then I met someone whom I thought was a bad guy lol untill we got saved started going to church. Hes younger but treats me with love and respect and puts the Lord first!! These past 4yrs with the Holy Spirit in me got me wanting more so I started Stop The Bullying in Toccoa Ga. To help children being bullied to know their worth. Bring them off the streets and show them God's love. There at one of my B-Shoc n D-Earls concert for my bullying event I met Rock. She has been a jewel for me. I got into unity on a mission abd seen that live being spreaded by going out talking and loving on ppl that was broken just like me. Street miniseries are wonderful they reach those that need it. Thank you so mych Rock and Unity for the work you do. Im so blessed to be apart of it. God takes the broken like me mends them and uses them. God Bless❤
